I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Horne Hyundai, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! They were very genuine and amicable and I felt as if they were actually trying to help me rather than upsell me services that I didn't need. Our experience started at Horne Hyundai when we were greeted by sales consultant Kaitlynne Harrell. We told her we were interested in a Santa Fe Calligraphy and she immediately took us to one on the lot . She was extremely knowledgeable about the in and outs of the vehicle. She was not pushy in any away and her matter of fact approach to sales was much appreciated. We had done a lot of research on several different SUV's prior to our visit and had narrowed our search down to just four. But her presentation and knowledge and our satisfaction with the vehicle caused us to not pursue any of the other three. We then worked with Jeff Capshaw to settle on pricing. He was friendly and again not pushy and we quickly worked out a deal to our liking. We told him we wanted to think about it and then drove home and talked it over. We were back at the dealership within an hour. Next we met with Jorge Valles the finance manager. Once again he was a delight to work with. He had all of our paperwork ready, we signed and shortly thereafter drove away in our new car. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had at Horne, We have had numerous encounters we car dealerships over the years and this was the best experience by far. Thank you to the staff at Horne Hyundai.

Simply amazing. My wife went into the dealer this morning with a car we had just purchased used from another dealer. No appointment made ahead of time. Both of the service writers were amazing. Michael got our car into the shop with and estimate time of 2 hours. An hour and a half later trunk worked as designed and was covered under warranty. The young men deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service.

We bought a used Hyundai from the Horne Ford dealership in Apache Junction and needed assistance with all the 'bells and whistles'. They couldn't really help us there with a Hyundai, so we went to the Horne Hyundai dealership next door (they operate separately). The salesman (Terry) and the manager (Steve) were EXCEPTIONAL. They treated us like we bought the car at their place and were friendly, helpful and really cared whether or not we had all we needed to get our car going! Great to have such excellent service. I just want to tell you that buying a car is never usually fun however my salesman was absolutely amazing. He stayed calm cool and together from start to finish and as a single woman buying a car by yourself it’s really not fun but he made it fun and honest and he got me a great deal!

Today I was in dire need of a battery and I was stuck on the west side. My CSR (Boris and Lori ) went above and beyond to help me. They allowed me to come and pick up a replacement battery after the service department was closed.

Another EXCELLENT experience with great customer service!!! Michael Saenz is one if the best service technicians I deal with. Very polite and professional, takes great care of us and our vehicles. Had some rather intense air conditioning work done about 3 weeks ago. Things were working great until last Saturday when they weren't :-( but Horne Hyundai was very quick to have me bring the vehicle back in and they honored their warranty with smiles:) as long as they have people like Michael and the crew working there we will be loyal customers for years to come.

I would highly recommend Horne Hyundai! With the dealership being 45 miles away from my home, I negotiated my deal over the phone/email. The whole process was fantastic! When I got to the dealership the car I was looking for was waiting for my test drive. Lorie Ceal was my salesgirl and she was Fantastic! Everything went exactly as I was told it would by the General Manager. NO pressure, NO add-ons, NO hassles! Definitely worth the drive to have such an exceptional car buying experience!

Excellent customer service here. I personally dealt with Michael in the service department and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my Sonata in for some warranty repairs. Michael personally called whomever my warranty is through to make sure any repairs would be covered here. It took a little bit of time (4ish hours total in 2 separate visits), but I will absolutely be bringing my car here for any repairs.
